Messages Of Condolence

Jo, many fond memories of you, my lovely work friend. You helped me when I first started and how we giggled at our speed navigating those systems! I will never forget your kindness and understanding. Neither will I forget you sharing your pictures of Dubai on your iPad. Amazing and you loved that place. Sleep well Jo, until we meet again. Sue xx

To Jo I had the privilege to meet you a year before your diagnosis of MND. Joining the Hinckley Tarts WhatsApp group!!!. Meeting you your instant warmth and zest for life. Your always beautiful painted nails and perfect lipstick. Fun times at the cinema and lots of laughs. And in the time when the MND started to take hold you passed of the worry of your slurring speech as I’ve had a few too many wines !! Always made light of your suffering.never complaining . Totally humble wanting to live your last years your way right to the end. Fly high lovely lady ❤️X

So many fond memories. Hidden champagne bars, trips to, Halifax, Leeds, Birmingham, London and Brighton. You took me under your wing when I was new to Hinckley and was my first and most consistent friend. You will be missed by many but I you have found peace now xx

When I think of you 3 things spring to mind - Euro Lottery, gold jewellery and Yorkshire! The first two remain our secret but the third reminds me of our trip from Slackbottom to Slacktop on the bus.
I was so lucky to have you as my friend.
You are at peace now. Sleep well.

Platty.. my old work mum, truly wonderful & so funny to be around, looked after me & I will never forget that cheeky hiding of icecream money for Rafe’s holiday when I had said not too! Sending so much love x
