Dearest Auntie Pauline

You were a special auntie and friend sharing stories from long ago, it was always lovely to hear you recount ancient funny family tales of Steve when he was growing up, and remembering tales to tell of our children when they were young too, I’d look forward to your visits.
You had great skills at dress making and made some lovely clothes for the girls when they were young. The beautiful christening robe you made for our first child was passed to the second and was passed down 30 years later and used by our granddaughter and now waiting for future generations stitched and will always be remembered with ❤️ love.
Auntie Pauline you had a knack at making a beautiful home and garden welcoming and sharing with friends old and new, remembering not just birthdays but little personal stories to suit all occasions. Apart from children you loved animals especial your cats
I will never forget the many special times we shared over all the years I knew you, thank you for
knowing us and loving us.
May you rest in peace and May eternal light shine upon you in Jesus name Amen,
Pru and Steve Porretta

Pauline was the most kind and caring person you could wish to meet. Both Pauline and her late husband, Frank, were very good friends to my parents and to me and my husband, David. She wrote lovely letters, always with a gentle sense of humour and never forgot a birthday, either mine or my husband’s. She loved her animals and enjoyed her garden, sharing her skills and her plants with friends and neighbours. I will miss her greatly but have many happy memories of times with her.
